METHODS OF ORDER AND PRICE

Each customer declares that they have full capacity to use credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all the costs resulting from the purchase of products through Mendiboard.
By pressing the “Pay” button during the purchase process, the member declares to accept fully and without reservations all of the present General Conditions of Sale.
The data recorded by Mendiboard constitute proof of the transactions made between Mendiboard and the members of his Private Community. Mendiboard will confirm your order by sending an email.
The contractual information is presented in Spanish language and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery.
The prices of our products include all taxes and transportation costs.
The minimum purchase for free transport costs is € 300. In case the purchase is less than € 300 the transport costs will be € 4.
Mendiboard reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration of the orders (subject to availability of the product), unless manifest typographical error .
The products remain the property of the supplier until the full payment of the price has occurred.
Mendiboard reserves the right to reject an order from any member with whom it has a litigation.
Mendiboard will make every effort to please all its customers in the demand for the products.
In case of unavailability of the product after the order has been made the customer will be informed by email of cancellation of this one.
As a result of this demand, the speed of return in the customer’s bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank. These terms are again specified in the “Delivery” clause.
The Purchasing Regulations are made by bank card. Bank cards accepted are: Visa and MasterCard. The purchase price will be charged to the client’s bank account within 4 days from the date of order and this will be given after confirmation of your agreement with the bank payment centers.

Only the Bank or PayPal have access to the banking data linked to these means of payment, so that Mendiboard does not know or register these data during the payment transaction.
The supplier will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where they will leave the products whose final destination will be the address that the buyer establishes. Each time an order is sent, the buyer will receive an email.
The transportation costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
The purchase order that corresponds to the order will be available in Mendiboard once the payment is confirmed, which can be viewed through the link: “My Orders”, from the issue of the email. This original purchase order includes delivery costs and VAT.
Mendiboard will ask its clients to choose the place of delivery, specifying their address, office or center where they want the product delivered and their telephone number to receive an SMS and contact the customer if necessary. The delivery time is between [24 and 72] hours of business days.
Mendiboard will inform the customer of the order output of the distribution warehouse, by sending an e-mail [AND SMS].
Each delivery is considered to be effected from the provision of the product to the customer by the carrier, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. It is up to the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then make all reservations and claims that are justified, even have the possibility to reject the package, if it had been opened or if it has obvious signs of deterioration.
Reservations and complaints must be addressed to Mendiboard by email at the address you will find on the Mendiboard website.
All products sold may be returned for 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Act.
Previously, the client must indicate his intention by email. Mendiboard will reply by another email specifying the precise instructions for the return of the product.
The cost of return will be borne by the customer.
The reimbursement in the client’s account as a result of this return will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods by Mendiboard.
The return can not take place in any case if the products supplied were manifestly put to use.

They will be sent to the place specified by Mendiboard in the precise instructions for the return of the product sent by email.
In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier because it understands that the product whose return was intended had been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse for collection by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from their return.
Packages that do not contain any attachments identifying the sender (order number, name, address, etc.) can not be returned either.
The expenses and risks associated with the return of the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.
Through Mendiboard you can make returns of the products bought by the amount of them. Once you have received the returned products, Mendiboard will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to the payment of the amount paid less shipping costs, regardless of the amount of product returned.
Anyone who returns your product will receive an email informing you of the amount of your refund.
The guarantees and after-sales services will be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. According to this standard, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in conformity with the contract, responding to him of any lack of conformity. The consumer and user has the right to repair the product, to replace it, to reduce the price or to terminate the contract.
LIABILITY, LITIGATION AND APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
Mendiboard could not be held responsible for breach of contract concluded in case of rupture of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disturbance or total or partial strike, in particular, postal services and means of transportation and / or communications, flood or fire. In case of litigation, the member will address priority to Mendiboard for a friendly settlement.
The Courts of Madrid are the only ones competent. The present general conditions of sale in Spanish will be interpreted and will be realized in accordance with the Spanish law. Any disagreement that may arise with respect to its validity, interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, to which expressly exclusive attribution of competence is made.
MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Mendiboard reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, being able to change, suppress or add both the contents and services that are rendered through the same as the way in which they appear presented or located in its servers.
These changes must be accepted by the User each time he makes a purchase through the Mendiboard page.
Members of the “Mendiboard Private Community” who do not conform to the modifications of the general conditions shall notify it and, as of the date on which the new version will come into force, shall cease to use the Mendiboard services. In the event that any of the terms of the general conditions are illegal or unenforceable, it will be null and void, and what is agreed upon by the parties will be null and void what is stated in the Spanish Civil Code.
